In addition to the regularly scheduled multi-day CCIT trainings that have been hosted in the Taunton area since 2003, the CCIT has also provided multi-day and single day trainings in various locations within southeastern Massachusetts.
In March 2016, the Taunton CCIT conducted five days of collaborative training for members of the Dennis, MA police department and local community providers. The training was held at the Dennis Police Department and was funded through a grant obtained by the Dennis Police Department.
During the month of September 2016, the Taunton CCIT was invited to present three days of training to New Bedford, MA police officers, HOC staff, clergy, and local agency personnel. The training was held at the Wamsutta Club in New Bedford and was funded through grants and contributions from the New Bedford community.
In January 2017, the Taunton CCIT provided five days of CCIT training at the Cape Codder Conference Center in Hyannis, MA. This training was organized by Jacqueline Lane, Executive Director of the Cape and Islands NAMI office and was funded through her office. Members of fourteen Cape Cod police departments, MA State Police, and local community providers attended the training.
In December 2017, the Taunton CCIT concluded five days of CCIT Training at the Cape Codder Conference Center in Hyannis, MA. This training was organized by Jacqueline Lane, Executive Director of the Cape and Islands NAMI office and was funded through her office. The training was attended by officers from thirteen Cape Cod police departments, as well as officers from the Cape Cod Community College Campus Police. In addition, there were staff from a number of Cape Cod community agencies and the Mashpee Wampanoag Tribe in attendance.
In April 2018, the Taunton CCIT provided five days of CCIT Training at the Cape Codder Conference Center in Hyannis, MA. The training was organized by Jacqueline Lane, Executive Director of the Cape and Islands NAMI Office and was funded through her office. The training was attended by officers from twelve Cape Cod police departments as well as Mass Maritime Police, the Hyannis Fire Department, and several Cape Cod community agency staff.
In May 2018, the Taunton CCIT provided a one day training at the Wamsutta Club in New Bedford, MA for members of the New Bedford Police Department, the Bristol County Sheriff's Office, and staff from a number of agencies located in the New Bedford area. The training was funded through grants and contributions from the New Bedford community and focuses on local issues.
In October 2018, the Taunton CCIT conducted a one day training at the Buttonwood Park Zoo in New Bedford, MA for New Bedford Police and Firefighters. Bristol County Sheriff's Office personnel and staff from a number of local human service agencies also attended the training. This training was funded through grants and contributions from the New Bedford community and focused on local issues.

The training was attended by officers and dispatchers from eleven Cape Cod police departments as well as Cape Cod community advocates and clergy.
In February 2019, the Taunton CCIT offered a one day advanced training in Taunton for police officers from six departments that had attended prior CCIT/CIT Trainings. The training focused on identifying adult and youth issues and related resources/solutions.

In May 2021, the Taunton CCIT conducted a one day Foundation training at The Heritage State Park in Fall River, MA for police officers from Fall River and Dartmouth. The training provided an initial overview of the CCIT and related issues.
In May 2021, the Taunton CCIT conducted a one day Youth training at the Buttonwood Park Zoo in New Bedford, MA for New Bedford Police Officers, Bristol County Sheriff's Office personnel, and staff from a number of local human service agencies. The training focused on identifying youth issues, resources, and community solutions.
In March 2022, the Taunton CCIT offered a half day Mental Health Treatment Access Issues training in Taunton for police officers from nine departments. The training was held at the Trescott Street Gallery and focused on the difficulties and limitations that officers face when attempting to access mental health treatment for individuals in the community.

The training focused on identifying youth and adult issues, resources and potential community solutions. The training was sponsored by the City of New Bedford Department of Community Services, the Massachusetts Department of Developmental Services and the New Bedford CCIT.
